I-CAR Gold Class® Collision Repair Facility
River City Auto Body is proud to be a Gold Class® collision repair business. The Gold Class recognition indicates that our technicians are trained in the proper repair techniques and procedures that contribute to the complete and safe repair of your vehicle.
As a Gold Class shop, we require each of our technicians involved in collision repair to take ongoing training every year. This includes classes on new vehicle technologies and the latest repair techniques.
River City Auto Body is among only 10 percent of collision repair businesses to achieve Gold Class status, whereas shops that are not Gold Class may train minimally or not at all. Gold Class shops are trained on how to fix your vehicle right; on what can be repaired and what needs to be replaced; and on how to see hidden damage you may not see. Read more...

I-CAR Platinum Individual®
The Platinum Individual™ program was created to recognize individuals in the collision industry for achieving a high level of technical training through I-CAR and Industry Training Alliance members. To earn the Platinum Individual designation, you need to achieve 10 tested points. To maintain the designation, you must earn 2 points of ongoing training annually. Points are earned by successfully completing tested training from I-CAR and Industry Training Alliance members. River City Auto Body technicians are all individually Platinum certified. We surpass all the qualifications that insurance companies recommend.
FCA Recognized Collision Repair Facility Program
The FCA Recognized Collision Repair Facility Program provides customers with a repair provider choice that is Certified. The unique program identifies collision repair operations that have all the critical tools, equipment, training, and facilities to properly repair FCA vehicles to original manufacturer specifications.
US EPA NESHAP 6H Rule Compliance
Five-Year Continuing Education Training is required for all employees conducting spray applications. The training is specific to the painter and will stay with the painter, as each individual professional is required to be trained on proper gun set-up and spray techniques to reduce paint usage.
"You have enough things to worry about after an accident. Getting your car or truck repaired shouldn't be one of them."
